Ingredients
  • 2 Tbls Fig balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbls rice wine vinegar
  • ½ large shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend the ingredients until thickened.

This Dressing is a basic vinaigrette that can be used with any combination of salad ingredients.
