Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cho cups chopped walnuts
  • 1-1/2 cups maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Make the tart shell as in the recipe for strawberry tart.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients except the walnuts. Whisk together until smooth. Add the walnuts. Pour the filling into the pre-baked shell and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Allow the tart to cool completely before adding the Chantilly cream on top.
