Ingredients
  • 4 Carrots peeled and cut into 1/2 inch rounds
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 c cream
Instructions
  1. Bring a 2 quart-sized pan of water to the boil. Add the carrots and cook until almost tender (about 12 minutes). Add the cauliflower to the pot and simmer for 6 minutes more. Drain the vegetables and put everything into the food processor along with t he butter and cream.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is satin smooth in texture and color. Transfer to a glass or ceramic ovenproof serving dish. Keep warm in the oven until you are ready to serve.
