A beautiful presentation for a very simple and clean appetizer.

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch thin young asparagus*
  • 3-4 Slices of prosciutto
  • 1 bunch fresh chives
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Shaved Parmigiana or Schock Farms Romano
  • Belle Farms Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Gather the ingredients

  2. Lightly steam the asparagus.

  3. Clean the chives, steam briefly until firm but flexible. Taking half of the bundle, divide into 6 small bundles. Slicing each slice of prosciutto in 1/2 , make 6 small bundles, and wrap each bundles waist with the ½ prosciutto slice. Tie each bundle with a chive leaf.
  4. Dress with Olive Oil, salt and pepper
