Major Matt’s Guacamole
Matt Woodruff was generous enough to share his famous guacamole and pico de gallo recipes, which have fed legions of air force pilots and other friends at guacamole parties. These started when our now passed great friend John Thiemann would send a full box of his organic avocados to Matt when he was stationed in the South. His compatriots had never made guacamole.
Ingredients
  • Avocados
  • garlic salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Matt’s pico de gallo
  • limes
Instructions
  1. Get the bowl of pico out of the refrigerator.
  2. Quarter the avocados, peel the skin off, put them in the bowl as a quarter.
  3. Add the garlic salt, pepper and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Mash with a fork to the desired consistency. Add more squeezed lime juice to preserve.

The quantity of guacamole depends on how many people and how many avocados you have.
