Corn on the Cob Roasted with Lime Butter
Ingredients
- 8 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 lime juiced
- pepper to taste
Instructions

Shuck the corn saving 4 – 6 of the leaves from each ear.

In a shallow bowl wide enough to fit the ears, melt the butter for 20 seconds in the microwave. Stir in the lime juice and pepper.

Roll each ear in the butter mixture and wrap in leaves.

Wrap the covered ears in aluminum foil.

Roast on an out door grill or in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning every five minutes.
