Ingredients
- 1 ½ Lbs ground lamb
- 1 ½ cups minced onions
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground allspice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 6 ounces of feta
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 2 cups tahini sauce.
- Yogurt optional
- 8 pita breads
- 1 tbsp minced mint
Instructions

Sauté onions, lamb, spices, salt and pepper together for five minutes.

Warm pita bread wrapped in foil in the oven for ten minutes. Slice in half.

Stuff the pita with the lamb mixture and top with diced tomatoes, crumbled feta, tahini sauce, and yogurt. (optional)
