Ingredients
- Baby greens
- 1 sprig of mint leaves, sliced thinly
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Soak the lettuce in luke warm water for 20 minutes.

Drain, dry and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Toss with mint slivers and zest.

In a cup, combine the lemon juice and olive oil with salt and multicolored pepper. Beat until they are fully integrated. Toss the greens with the dressing.
