Salad of Romaine and Avocado with Lemon Soy Dressing

This is a wonderfully light and bright salad. A palate cleanser.

Ingredients
Salad
  • ½ Large Romaine head about 5 cups torn
  • ½-1 avocado cubed
  • 6 small radishes thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp sunflower seeds salted
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp or 1 large lemon
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Shoyu or good quality Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp or less olive oil
Instructions
  1. Prepare the salad ingredients.
  2. Toss and refrigerate.
  3. Combine the dressing ingredients. Gently toss with the salad just before serving.
