Ingredients
Salad
- ½ Large Romaine head about 5 cups torn
- ½-1 avocado cubed
- 6 small radishes thinly sliced
- 2-3 tbsp sunflower seeds salted
Dressing
- 3 tbsp or 1 large lemon
- 1-1/2 tbsp Shoyu or good quality Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp or less olive oil
Instructions

Prepare the salad ingredients.

Toss and refrigerate.

Combine the dressing ingredients. Gently toss with the salad just before serving.
