Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch mustard
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic optional
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

After cleaning the kale and mustard, dry the leaves and remove the stem. Tear or cut into 1-2" pieces.

Heat a saute pan with oil. If using the garlic clove, smash it when adding to the oil. Allow the clove to melt into the oil.

Add the greens, sautéing them until they are lightly wilted.
